Heather Stafford is a lifelong Connecticut resident who proudly calls Naugatuck home. Born in New Haven, Heather has built a career rooted in hard work. After saving money waiting tables, Heather opened several small businesses, including a hair salon, a coffee shop, and an acupuncture practice, where she’s been honored to serve veterans through her work with the Veterans’ Administration. A proud small government Democrat and mother, Heather lives with her husband, Jon. They welcomed their daughter, Paisley, in 2021. She is committed to taking on special interests, and ensuring that we have someone like us fighting back in Hartford.
